Our History

JA Olivier Building Contractors originated in August 2009. The combined industry experience we have as owners is 44 years. The business started with 16 workers including two owners. Today we have 65 permanent employees and three administrative ladies who handle the office. JAOBK is NHBRC registered from 2009.

We believe in not only accepting larger works but are also willing to do many small works. We have a specialist team that does day to day maintenance work.

Our motto is: We build with pride. Our work is our pride and our clients receive personal attention on a daily basis. We strive to keep our clients fully satisfied by doing good quality work at an acceptable pace and price. We only take on a certain amount of work at a time to ensure that the client gets good quality work.

We provide a service by providing all materials from the foundation to the day when we hand over the building project’s key.
